Any after market carbon cranks for campy 10 speed?

Am I only able to use Campy's own cranks with campy 10 speed or do FSA,
token etc make carbon ones that are compatible???

Yes, you can use other brands. My Centaur 10sp bike has FSA carbon
cranks and it came that way stock. You could even use Shimano cranks
with your Campy 10sp, but they aren't carbon.

FSA works very well. I have the compact carbon FSA and it has worked
flawlessly for 5000 miles now with Campy 10 speed derailleurs, chain
and cassette.

Ditto. Had to change BB as well.

Depends on the BB and groupset - FSA does have the ISO ver of the carbon +
compact cranks.

That is if you want to stay with the Campa BB, other than that the only
thning you need to look out for is the Q factor.
