any bargains?

A friend of mine is after a new bike. She's had a look around and decided that she likes the look of a the Trek 4300. Now it's not a bad bike, but as we all like a bargain, I wondered if anyone knew of any shops selling 2002/2003 models or having a January sale. I've told her to go to Evans at Waterloo, who usually have a few older models about, but wondered if there were anyone knew of anywhere else.
