Any Canberra riders in the GVBR?

I'm plotting to spend Sunday-Monday after the end of the GVBR to ride
across the mountains to Jindabyne via the Barry Way (170km). Anyone
want to come along?

Here's some route/elevation plots (click on the "Elevation: small"
link to the left if you don't get it displayed beneath the map
automatically):

1. Buchan - Seldom Seen roadhouse (50km, pretty much uphill all the
way)
http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1392563

2. Seldom Seen Roadhouse - Vic Border (41km, excellent descent
starting
at 16km) http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1392580

3. Vic Border - National Park exit (32km, along the river for 20km
then a steep climb)
http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1392605

4. National Park exit - Jindabyne (37km, big hill from 7-13km then
downhill all the way)
http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1392615

I was lazy plotting the route, that's why the total distance is 160km
instead of 170).

Hello BT
Have a good time on your extra ride. I got back from Gordon OK and into the
bike riding again in Port M. I have done a couple of 70+ km rides. Have you
see the red MTB out with a female on it?

No mate, haven't seen your bike at all. That's possibly because I
haven't been doing much cycling lately though.

Sorry I can't come BT... Sounds like a hoot. The hill climbs will be a
******* but the scenery magnificent.

Have fun

It truly is! I came back from Phillip Island last weekend on my
motorcycle by that route.
