SAB is a well known bike maker in San Marino, which is well known for offering good value for money here in Italy. They have also sponsored a number of pro teams in the past, if that is important to you.

The Filicudi seems like a decent CF frame (in Italy it is sold for 950 Euro MSRP). Website is a bit low on the technical details, though...
You can get that bike with full Record for 2,800 Euro, with somewhat crummy wheels though. Excellent price.
