Wellington, NZ is as close as I know about. She's Afrikaner. Africans is her native language. She's yoga instructor recently become a utility cyclist. I'll send the link of this thread to her.
I am a Nigerian and I ride as wekw, thought a man. Riding in Africa is one thing that many have not embraced and that is the reason we are just few in my country. Also, the roads here are not build to accommodate rifers which is not nice. I would check around to see if there is a female lady staying in your country that is from this forum.
