Anybody else have this problem?

Has anybody out there had a delamination issue on the SRAM rival brake levers. The surface of my brake levers is either having it's lamination wear off, or corroding in some fashion. I have only had the levers for 3 months, but have ridden them for 2500 miles.

i have a shimano dura ace do the same thing. i took it into the LBS and told me alot of times that's caused by sweat. something to do with the acid levels in it. mine almost looks like a lightning bolt, doesn't mess with the function, just doesn't look good. the LBS also said the only way to fix it was to replace it.
