anyone have experience with Kona bikes?

I'm fascinated by the A, but not interested. I suspect the reason that it got discontinued is
because a lot of shops have one, or never ordered one in the first place.

My next bike will probably be some sort of frankenstein track bike, but I do own a Kona Kilauea, an
old steel-framed hardtail. It should be really nice once I rebuild the fork.

I have a Kona Jake the Snake, and I love it! Around here a cross bike is ideal for early in the
season when the roads are still in bad shape and the weather is still iffy. It's also great for
off-road, although it doesn't have the suspension of an MTB. But you can go faster and longer
distances. I don't race cross, I should point out, but I love my Kona!
