Anyone in/near DOWNEND, BRISTOL - UK ??

Hi,

I'm off to the UK for X-mas with the in-laws on Dec 16th (until Jan 6th) and am dreading losing fitness.... (I'm just starting to peak!)

Anyone have any suggestions ??
Spin classes ?
LBS that hire road bikes ?

or

Anyone got a spare ~60cm bike for lend / hire ??
Even better --- anyone know a good bunch ride (and got a spare bike)??
Even BETTER STILL --- got a spare bike & wind-trainer ?? (i hear the weather is BAD).

I know - I'm pushing it, and have probably got buckley's chance.
But I've gotta give it a go !

Any suggestions / offers would be greatly appreciated !
