Hi, this is kind of an obscure question but i thought you guys might know as i haven't had any luck so far.

Theres a photo that a love of Jacques Anquetil and Raymond Poulidor climbing during the 1964 tour. Its a classic photo:

I think its such a great photo and I want to get a print to hang in my house but I can't find a high enough resolution version to print it. I was wondering if anyone has seen anywhere I could purchase a print or poster or just a high resolution version. Or if anyone know who owns the rights to it so i can try and get in touch and ask permission to print it.

    Alex,

If you're interested in great cycling imagery - Patrick Cleary paints beautiful oil paintings of historic photgraphs of the TDF.

    Here is Cleary's site

I've bought three of his paintings - they're superb.

Really nice looking paintings. I'd love to own one so it's a pity they cost so much (2000 pounds).

I must have been fortunate because I bought three paintings from Patrick Cleary in the late 1990's - value £200.00 each!
