Anyone know where to find instructions to disassemble/reassemble Dura Ace 7850 rear hub?

I've had a set of Shimano Dura Ace WH7850 for some time now, they've now done fairly high k's and have been great. They've not needed any attention since new but have noticed that the rear hub is feeling a bit gravelly. The pawls also give a clunk every now & then when re-engaging after freewheeling.
I'm hoping that i'll be able to get away with regreasing it, it'll be good to go again and am looking for instructions/ blog/ video on doing this and also recommendations on the best grease to use.

The Shimano Tech Docs just tell you how to remove the free hub from the wheel. Here is all the information that I know about freehub disassembly. Once again it is Sheldon Brown (RIP) to the rescue:
