Apple Chutney
Serves: -4-
250 g Cooking apple
4 Spring onion, chopped
2 tsp Wine vinegar
1/4 tsp Chilli powder
1.2 tsp Caster sugar
1 Tbsp Coriander, fresh, chopped
Peel, core and grate the cooking apples. Mix the grated apples with the onions,
wine vinegar, chilli powder, sugar and the coriander, if you are using. Leave for
1 hour , then serve. Advice: This recipe makes a traditional dry chutney. It will
keep in the fridge for up to 5 days in a screw-top jar.
