A little more than 2 months until Spring. For those of us in cold climates, that means we still have a ways to go with indoor training (or cold weather riding), making this some of the hardest, most mentally challenging training we do. So, I thought we could use a thread meant to keep us honest with our training, and to provide some motivation and support until Spring. Post if you trained today, what you did, and how you felt. . . . . oh, I guess I should start: Haven't done anything today, but yesterday was some VO2 work. 2hrs on the computrainer for two sets each of 3x3min and 3x1 min intervals. I was coming off a block of several hard days, and my legs were feeling it before I started, but I was able to complete the workout at the prescribed intensity . . . and I think I am taking today off (time constraints and my legs need a break).
