FORT WORTH -- Cancer survivor and seven-time Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong is on a bus tour of Texas in support of Proposition 15, which calls for the state to spend $3 billion to support cancer research over 10 years.Armstrong and state representatives arrived Monday afternoon at Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth on his bus, Survivor 1.The native Texan signed autographs for ill children, and talked to parents and hospital staff about the need for increased cancer research.
