  1. Found an article in Scientific American, Dec. 2002 titled Food For Thought. Might be interesting to
    the more technical people. This issue should be available in the library. Warning-- the more I read
    the more I see how complex our systems seem to be. Simple answers are OK for clinical use but maybe
    not the whole story.

    We rarely agree, but you do find some good articles occasionally. Not even a mention of iron!

    Cheers Alan, T2, Oz dx May 2002 , no meds, diet and not enough exercise. A1c was 8.2, now 5.8 Wt was
    117 kg (257 lbs) now 91 (200).
