Can anyone tell me if asda's "good for you" range are the
equivalent of weightwatchers? they are much cheaper but I
don't want to get them if they aren't the same points.
Thanks in advance Carol

All the food values should be on the side of the package
somewhere: use your point calculator to work out a few of
their dishes.

And Asda have Skinny Cows! Ice-cream lollys - between 1 and 1.5 pts each -
and bl**min lurvely 🙂
you can work out the points for their range with the
nutritional calculator - and I've heard good things about
them too 🙂

We have a choice of WW, Lean Cuisne and Slim Gormet meals.
As long as you calculate the point values they are fine on
ww. Just watch those that have a high sodium content. Drink
lots of extra water after eating those meals.
BTW, I have found it cheaper to buy a whole chicken or
chicken parts plus frozen veggies to make up your own meals
to go. they are better for you because you know exactly how
much salt, gravy, etc you put into the dish.
