It's generally recommended that if you have symptoms of a
heart attack, you should take an aspirin tablet right away.
But what about persons who are already on coumadin? (For
atrial fibrillation, in my case.) They are not supposed to
use aspirin or ibuprofen, according to the package insert
of coumadin.

My cardiologist has me on both aspirin (325mg D) and
coumadin(5mgD) -
