    So...is "roundaboutly" a new word?
    Is English your second language?
Tell the truth...you're an illegal immigrant working behind the counter in a drug-store.

Thin armor, as Rob will confirm, is not a steel plate steve. Wrong again:rolleyes:

Pine board is alot softer than your skull. Only a 1/16th depression? Thats hardly a scratch steve. Get it together, and get off this thread.

Light armor is not enough to stop a bullet, especially a .30 caliber. If they really though that there was a chance that the bullet would be a ballistic threat, there would be much heavier armor. Lite armor is the equivalent of light aluminum.

Stevebaby, we are not discussing grammar here. Get back on topic, youre diverting again, because you know youre wrong. Stop diverting and changing the subject.

    And his grammar is correct.

So what was it made of?
I've repeated the pine board test with a spent bullet and a hammer. If someone was hit on the skull with the same force that was used to make a 1.5mm depression in a pine board they would suffer a serious injury.
You can try it yourself...just hit a spent bullet into a pine board, then hit yourself in the head using the same force.
    After all...it can't kill you...can it?
The pine board is actually harder...you should know how effective wood is at stopping bullets.
Wood will stop a bullet much better than flesh.

Okay, lets wrap this crap up. From the original argument that is. This nonsense doesn't matter anymore.

Stevebaby is wrong. Generally bullets fired into the air won't kill. Of course there are freak accidents (weird gusts of wind...) or whatever. So obviously nothing is ever set in stone. No one can say that for sure; all bullets fired into the air, even straight up, won't kill. But yet again, Generally they won't.

So there, but we still don't let people do it, and it is illegal, because someone might shoot in a way that lets the bullet maintain balistic trajectory.

So everyone just quit b*tching around. This is getting annoying. Let stevebaby cry, just don't reply. Every bright people on this forum know he is wrong.
