I was in the process of making a winter bicycle out of spare parts from 3 bikes i bad standing. I assembled the bike, but when i wanted to try the gear it stuck, and i was unable to shift up or down.

So i decidede that i would try to dis assemble the right gear shifter and so i did, but now im unable to assemble it again.

I found an 'exploded view' drawing of the whole 6510 control lever, but the shifter itself is not shown as disassembled. (dont know how to insert an image here... - http://tandem-fahren.de/Mitglieder/Christoph_Timm/ST-6510.pdf
its the thing between 5 and 8)

so now i hope someone in this forum is able to help me either to tell me where i can find such an 'exploded view' drawing of the shifter itself, or otherwise assist me.

The Shimano STI is not usually considered to be a serviceable part. Good luck.

I have never heard of anybody being successful at getting them back together. It is a known fact they are not serviceable. The Campy's are but the Shimano's are not. I know this is not what you wanted to here.
