    Atkin's Mother's Pot Roast

    3-1/2 lb. Rump Roast Garlic Powder Seasoned Salt 2 medium
    Onions, sliced 3 Tomatoes, skinned, seeded and pureed 2 tsp.
    bottled Garlic

    Rub garlic powder and seasoned salt into meat. Place in
    refrigerator for 30 minutes. Place Onions, bottled Garlic in
    food processor, puree. Place meat in large Dutch oven. Cover
    with tomato puree and simmer 1-1/2 hours. Turn meat over and
    simmer about 1-1/2 more hours until fork tender. Remove meat
    from pot. Let cool. Cool sauce and skim off fat from
    surface. Slice meat thin and return to pot with sauce. Warm
    and serve.

    Serves 6 4.6 carbohydrates per serving
