availability of 10spd ultegra (aust)

    anyone know when 2005 models with ultegra 10-spd will start hitting the shops in australia, i am keen to purchase a giant tcr1 and i am getting a bit impatient ;)

    My brother is interested in the same bike, he was told by a shop in Sydney that the alloy TCR1 won't be available until late January. I think the composite frames will be here sooner.

    i talked to my LBS and they said that the giant alu tcr1 will not be available to around the 12th week of next year
    this is because there is such a limit on the numbers of ultregra 10spd groups that bike companies (trek, giant) have at the moment that they make sure to put them on their more costly and popular bikes (tcr composites) first

    the aluminium tcr1 is just down the pecking order

    i doubt i'll wait another 14 weeks though.. to long :)
