I think it is good he is holding himself accountable to an audience. Whatever floats his boat. Personally, I think he has made a decent change, but has some attention issues. Basically saying... "hey look at me, Im not fat anymore".

I'm not into self promotion, but good for him and anyone that is inspired by him.

Amazing - this guy has really set a great example. Done a great job on his abs. I wish he'd relax a bit more in the photos though.
