Aztec Madison Caliper Brake Pads

    Are the original pads still available in the US? I see them only in Brit catalogs. Websites?

    I am pretty sure that the Aztec pads are marketed under the Delta brand name in the US. The material for the pads was (and probably still is) made by Kool Stop so you should be able to find an equivalent pad to the Madison (which I still have on my old Vitus--great product).

    Thanks. The Delta pads have twice as much hardware as the Madisons but i doubt they work any better. I found them hard to install & shipped them back. A case of planned obsolescence i think. But will look for Kool Stops.
