Baked Garlic Tomatoes

Serve this side dish with beef or pork.

Serves 4

4 medium Tomatoes 2 Tablespoons Olive oil 2 Tablespoons Garlic, minced 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons Fine breadcrumbs Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400. Core the tomatoes and cut them in half horizontally. Place them cut side up
in a lightly oiled casserole dish. Drizzle the oil on them and bake for 10 minutes. Mix the
remaining ingredients and spread evenly over the tomatoes. Bake for 15 additional minutes (or until
lightly browned).
