Whenever I would feel muscle pain, particularly in my legs, I would apply a bandage. At first, the pain would increase but after a few minutes when I had relaxed, the pain would be mild. The bandage is the home remedy for muscle pains of old folks here. But I had read in the internet that placing a bandage on the painful muscle tends to constrict the blood vessels and hence would increase the pain. Now I wonder if which is which, really.

It is true that having a bandage is one of the ways that we can get to ease the pressure that we have with pains on the leg. The thing is this is one of the ways that we can get better especially when we want the injury to heal as soon as possible.
