Hello! I have recently gotten back into running "seriously". Can anyone point me to a good set of
weight (barbell/dumbbell) exercises or a routing that would be suggested on my "off" running days?
Thanks!

Technically, everything a jogger does, is a dumbbell routine.
Relevance?

They show barbell exercises but they can easily be performed with dumbells instead.
If you've done weight training in the past, check out

Just don't do much, if any, of the leg work; your running will take care of your legs.
