The United States Cycling Team continued its success at the XV Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro on Wednesday, capturing two more medals in the men's sprint. Ben Barczewski won the gold medal and Andy Lakatosh won the bronze to bring the U.S. medal count to five. The U.S. fielded a small team, but has come away with two mountain bike medals, a BMX medal and two track medals. Barczewski and Lakatosh will have another opportunity to bring home some hardware as the duo will close out American cycling competition with the men's keirin.
