Hi all,
Don't really know where to put a supplier review.
So if a moderator would like to move it, go ahead.

Anyhow:
I ordered a pair of bar mitts from barmitts.com.
Delivery didn't go well. Took forever.
But Barmitts.com stepped up and compensated me very nicely, despite USPS being the ones that dropped the ball.

So, despite the snag I would happily buy from Barmitts again.
They really did the best of a bad situation, and quickly too.

To me, that says a lot.

Sure, it's nice when things go right at the first attempt.
But the real proof of a good supplier is one who is willing and able to follow through when things go wrong.

Well done, Barmitts!

(Now, if they'd be willing to sell to me again, that's another question )
 
It's always good to hear stories about a company that gets things right in the customer service department, and especially like you say when things don't always go right.

It's not often a company will go the extra mile to sort out a customers problems, they usually happily take your money but then are slow at fixing any problems so this is good to hear and makes a nice change.
