'basket' rack for bikes

I have seen a type of rack that holds the tires, not the frame. I think it mounts on the bumper. Anyone see these, are they still being offered? Thanks.

Looks like I will be getting a bike soon and am still looking for a rack that mounts to the bumper of my truck. I am not able to get an undercarriage mount (aka Reese hitch) for my truck at this time. I have a 2" ball on my bumper and I use my boat/trailer at least once a week. So I am still looking for a basket type that I can hang on my bumper, for 2 bikes. I have a cap, not a topper, on my Dakota. Somewhere i had a reply that showed exectly what I wanted. I thought it was on this site, but as of yet, I have yet to find it. Thanks for any help you might send my way.

That is the type I am looking for. Dont have a bike yet. I found a rack of that type in an rv site, bolts onto the bumper. Pretty simple, could make my own if i could weld a bit. I was hoping for a rack that would just drape onto the bumper, one that i could REMOVE and lock it in the truck while we were out biking. The hunt continues.... Thanks.
