    I'm thinking of upgrading my 2014 Synapse disc 105 currently outfitted with a FSA gossamer bb30 50/34.

    I'd love some help with an upgrade in bb30. I've also heard about some conversion out of bb30 that people do but I don't know much about that.

    If you are not mechanically adept at working on delicate precision devices and/or lack the dedicated tooling your local bicycle shop can advise you on the current state of bottom bracket adapters and conversions and do the swap. If you are and do have all the cool tools...go get a new crankset and BB and have at it.
