  1. Beef Stew for the Flu

    64 oz. bottle of Tomato Juice
    Premium "stew meat" cut into chunks
    3 large carrots (peeled, cut)
    5 Red potatoes (peeled, cut)
    Small yellow onion, cut in half (used just to simmer)
    1 1/2 cups water
    A few pinches of your favorite brand mixed seasoning

    Add all ingredients into a very large pot, except for potatoes Let boil,
    then simmer for an hour Add potatoes, remove onion Simmer for an
    additional hour Stew will thicken a great deal with simmering Serve with
    egg noodles or white rice
