Beef Tikka

    Beef Tikka

    1 1/2 lbs. beef, cubed
    2 Tbsp unripe papaya ( ground )
    1/2 tsp. ginger paste
    1/2 tsp. garlic paste
    Salt according to taste
    2 Tbsp yogurt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 green chilies, chopped

    Mix together all the spices and yogurt and papaya and coat the beef cubes
    with it. Leave to marinate for 5-6 hours preferably overnight.
    Then barbeque over charcoal.
