Under the shade of some trees somewhere? Starting at
Chepstow in Monmouthshire you could make up a route roughly
following the Wye Valley Walk up one side of the river to
Symond's Yat head up around the Forest of Dean for a couple
of days then back down Offa's Dyke on the other side of the
river Wye. That should give you a bit of shade.
