Belgian bike shops

I'm lucky to have a longish break in Belgium soon. Does anyone have any recommendations for good bike shops (roadie/touring, not mtb) - mainly in the northern area, Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, etc The only one I know is Plum in Ghent, but I'm sure there must be many others. TIA John Buckley
