  1. Does anyone know which brands Bell Sports own, other then Bell, Giro,

    This page says that Bell owns Bell, VistaLite, Blackburn and CoPilot (?) but
    makes no mention of Giro. Is it possible that Giro and Bell are imported to
    the UK by the same distributor, but not necessarily owned by the same
    people?

    Bell's motor racing arm has it's own website, www.bellracing.com .

  3. Bell Helmets, Giro, Blackburn, vistalight, Co pilot All owned by same company...and they just merged or were bought by Riddel Sports (maker of football helmets)

    According to this, Fenway Partners acquired and merged Riddell and Bell,
    including Giro and a long list of other brands. The article has a list of
    brands owned by Bell if JZG is still interested.
