Benefits Of Running In Morning



I personally like running in the a.m. (like EARLY a.m.), but it's not due to theories on efficiency of burn. I just like that it wakes me up, and I like that nobody else is out doing it as early as I am, or very few.

Taking just a few minutes to go for a jog can provide an energy boost throughout the day and help to clear away the cobwebs and make you more productive.
