Heya,

I own "The Cyclist's Training Bible" and I feel like I got a lot out of it. Are there other books out there that will help me write a good training plan, especially in terms of workout types and HR intensities?

Thanks a lot!

David

If you've read Friel's book and want to use his program the easiest way to do this is on his website http://www.trainingbible.com. This is how I developed my training program and it works great. They have a virtual coach that gives you a list of workouts to do depending on what period you are in and all you have to do is put in the hours and select the day you want to do the workout. It then automatically puts it on your calendar.
