Best internet shopping in the USA?

Hi all,

I'll be in the USA next week and I am told that bikebits are a heap
less expensive than in Australia - I was thinking that I may try to
pickup a more solid "commute" rear (mavic openpro?) for Campag 10sp
and try to get it sent to my hotel before I leave.

I'll be on the east coast (DE), any suggestions?

I've always had great luck with www.coloradocyclist.com as far as wheel building goes...

performancebike.com is East Coast based. The also have a bunch of retail stores; one being in the Philadelphia area, a couple in the baltimore area. Check their site out for more info.

Some have had good luck with ColoradoCyclist. I'm not one of them though! For my one and only transaction with them they sent the wrong item and it took almost 2 months to get straightened out. They even wound up double charging my card at one point instead of crediting it back. They were a nightmare to deal with.

Universalcycles out of Oregon is an internet shop I can recommend.
