I need to buy another batch of tires and tubes for my 20"
(451) shockproof.

Where do you suggest?

From Rules of the Newsgroup

"9. 451mm 20" wheels and tires are only made underground by
gnomes." - Warren Block

Almost every recumbent specialist dealer should have or
be able to get the 28-451 Schwalbe Stelvio, 28-451 IRC
Roadlite, 28-451 Odyssey "Red Racer", 37-451 Ritchey
Speedmax, 28-451 and 37-451 Primo Comets and 28-451
Primo V-Track.

If all else fails, the Bike Friday folks (
http://www.greengear.com/ ) sell a variety of 20" (406 &
451) tires through their website. I understand a fair number
of gnomes are on the payroll.

You might try Power On Cycling (www.poweroncycling.con)in
Plant City, FL. The owner, Mark, is a first rate mechanic
and a true recumbemt enthusiast. I own a Shock Proof too.
European recumbents require a fairly high level of support.
Mark stocks, or will get, that otherwise VERY difficult to
obtain brand specific part.

BTW the way. I am using the IRC Roadlite 451x 1 1/8". Nice,
fast tire. I got 2,500 miles on the last set with no flats.
You can not touch a Shock Proof for speed and comfort on the
flats. Uphill, it's kind of heavy.
