Better Than Pizza

  1. Better Than Pizza

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    1 jar Ragu pizza sauce
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
    1 large can biscuits
    2 cup Parmesan cheese

    Brown ground beef; drain off grease. Add in chopped onion and pepper. Add
    pizza sauce. Stir well and cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat
    and stir in mushrooms. Spray bottom of Pyrex dish and press biscuits into
    bottom to form crust. Top biscuits with meat mixture and sprinkle Parmesan
    cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
