  1. My LBS has a two year old used Bianchi XL titanium frame for sale. He is
    asking $1500.

The frame is the right size for me. (The same geometry as my current bike.)

Is this an appropriate frame for an aging recreational rider?

I do nt race and am concerned that it might be tuned too mouch for racing
    rather than recreational riding.

    What do you think

  2. seems a bit steep in price to me.
the frame should be more like $1000 (or even less) depending on usage.

If you are just getting into titanium bikes, have you considered
    Airborne or Habenaro?

( especially the airborne zeppelin frameset )

They make some very affordable titanium bikes in the price range you
    are considering.
