Bicycle Commuter Tax Reimbursement

It's only $20, but 20 bucks is 20 bucks. I'm just curious if any one participates in this and if you've had any problems collecting the money?

The law doesn't have enough incentive for some companies to bother, so they are able to opt-out. That what my company, as well as many others in my area (Baltimore, Maryland) have done. It doesn't cost them anything to do nothing.
