Taking pictures of the roadside weeds of Central Ohio

I wound up with a bicycle pic from a difficult-to-photograph
native trout lily

if you look hard enough.
Roadside weeds is an interesting diversion. I recommend _Newcomb's
Wildflower Guide_ for easy identification as each weed comes into
bloom (becoming a wildflower for a short time), good from April thru
October in Ohio, starting with mustards and ending with ironweeds and
asters.
It's something to do, though you do have to slow down a little to spot
ones that weren't there the day before. Maybe uphill or in a headwind
even speedsters could engage in it.
