I am building a bike and I am looking to attach a bigger chainring to my tripple chainring. The outside diameter needs to be around 7 inches + or - does anyone have any ideas?

An 8mm pitch on a 7" diameter chainring, when calculations are done correctly (unlike my ignorant calculations that were above) gives around 69-70 teeth.
