Bike advice - KHS Flite? Is this a decent bike?

Hey guys,

A gent has offered to sell me his "KHS Flite"- which looks to be in great shape, for $250. I've never heard of this brand, or know if this is a decent entry level road bike. I will include some pictures, can anyone tell me how much this bike is worth?

What year and model is it? I have a 2000 Flite 300 model I bought used from someone on Craigslist, no major problems other than weight - chro-moly frames are more rugged than aluminum but heavier.
