Can you use inline skate bearings standard with a road bike? Can you use the bearings with the wheels for a bike or do you need a different kind? I have a set of bones swiss ceramic labyrinths and won't sell them if I can use them as spares with my road bike wheels.

Sealed cartridge bearings are classified by outside diameter, inside diameter and total width. If they match precisely what's in your wheels, they might work.
