bike boxes/cartons, where from????

I need to deliver some some bike boxes and boxes to fit a frame in etc for a small shop, does anybody know where I can get boxes for bikes, because I'm having no luck, o ye, I'm in the UK too.

Go to your lbs, they usually have piles of them they'll give you.
