Not compatible. 28s are usually the widest with most current road frames and calipers.

boudreaux thanks for your reply but i have found a road bike with disc brakes (link at botom), and i was just wondering which part is not convertable? is the size of the disc hub that might not fit into the roadie dropouts?

If i were to get a custom wheel: (and get a shop to fix this up for me)
Would i not be able to fit a mtn bike disc hub on and get a road rim, with cyclocross tyres?

Because basiclly what i am aiming for is something like this...

You need brake mounts on the frame and fork
