    check out keith bontrager´s comments at www.sheldonbrown.com but do remember that everything is a " guide " not a bible and will merely help you not to buy the wrong size of bike - you will still need to adjust handlebar height , stem length , saddle position ( horizontal and vertical ) to your own needs ie what´s comfortable and what works for YOU and your style of riding : rule one , THERE ARE NO RULES only what works for YOU .
