Guys I been trying looking everywhere for some insoles.. Iv been riding not long and i dont know wether sits because my arches of my feet or weak or soemthing but after a while on bike the bike pedals start to hurt my arches and annoyingly i have to stop riding. I dont know if this is how plantar fasciitis is caused or what.. im hoping that maybe given time my arches will strengthen up or something.. but in the mean time been looking for some insoles for me to wear.. if you got any suggestion on what i can do please help.. Iv had my eye on a few anyway there about £10.

Any advise? Thank ya!! :D

Yes, you most likely need insloes. They tend to wear out over time and thet are many out there. Some type are designed to form to your arch over time or by heating them and immediately wearing them. There are also generally insole made for specific brands of shoes. You may need to do a littl emore research or visit a shop.

You might want to consider an aftermarket insole like those that Superfeet and some other make. They tend to much sturdier and provide better arch support. While the insoles found in cycling shoes have improved, then tend to be rather short lived and/or ineffective.

Thanks for your answers guys, in the end i settled for buying this type of insoles made by Nh, there not to expensive so ill see how they do.. if they dont work ill just go and see a specialist and see what they recommend. The insole sin my cycling shoes at the moment are just non existent flat things so anything has to be better then them. Il let you know how i do. cheerio
