Bike "Posture"

I'm currently riding a road bike. Since I've been spending many long, sometimes boring, hours on the
trainer this year I've been experimenting with different body positions, adjustments etc. After
spending sometime dialing in, to the best of my feable ability, seat height and fore and aft
position, I started playing with different "aero" positions. I found that as I lean forward it was
more "comfortable" to roll the hips back. Although this seems like a long term posture problem as it
creates a "hump" or arch in the lower back area, it also seems to open up the lung/diaphram area.
I'm just curious as to experiances with different positions others have dealt with and what is
proper posture of the hips and back when in the drops or on areo bars?
